We want someone who can lead, make decisions, and own their projects.
- Lead mitigation crews on water, fire, and mold losses
- Run job sites from start to finish
- Set drying equipment and monitor progress
- Perform demolition, cleanup, and restoration work
- Communicate directly with customers and management
- Train and develop technicians
- Ensure jobs are completed efficiently and correctly
- Take control and solve problems on-site
- Restoration, construction, or mitigation experience
- Leadership or crew chief experience
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Valid Driver’s License
- Ability to lift 50+ lbs
- Ability to work overtime when needed
- IICRC Certifications
- SERVPRO®, ServiceMaster, Belfor, Paul Davis, or similar experience
- Crew Chief or Supervisor experience
- $22–$28/hr based on experience
- Overtime available
